John Montgomery Rouse was Chair to the 27th Organization Development World Congress and is a a thinker around better approaches to work. As a work I/O psychologist he is also a member of the British Psychology Society, and a Registered Organization Development Practitioner. He is associate 14006 of the Institute of Management Consultancy, and a founding member of the Nordic Coaching Federation. He has also lectured full time at Malmö University and guest lectures at several universities.
